Q: Why does the module indicate that it is connected, but nothing happens?

  1. A: For the module to function correctly, the device (phone or tablet) must be both connected and paired with the module.
  2. Solution: Disconnect the module and use the "forget this device" option on your phone or tablet. Then, restart the pairing process by following the appropriate steps.

 

Q: Why doesn't the Netflix app work?

  1. A: The minimum required version of Netflix is 16.31.0, which is compatible from iOS 16 onwards.
  2. Solution: Update your device to the latest version of iOS to ensure compatibility with Netflix version 16.31.0 or higher.

 

Q: Why am I unable to connect or reconnect (pair) the module?

  1. A: The module may currently be connected to another device.
  2. Solution: Press the left button on the MOTIVELO to reset the Bluetooth connections. Then, use the "forget this device" option for the MOTIVELO on your phone or tablet. Restart the Bluetooth pairing process by following the appropriate connection steps.

Q: Is it possible to adjust the speed threshold that controls the media?

  1. Solution: Use a precision screwdriver to gently adjust the potentiometer located on the left side inside the module (through a small hole on the side).
